I have officially had my biggest volume year yet! I have hit over 4 MILLION dollars sold since the beginning of 2026!

I am incredibly proud to be hitting this milestone in my 6th year of real estate!

I would not be here without my friends and family speaking my names in rooms of opportunity, as well as my amazing clients, new and returning, for trusting me to navigate the housing process with them.

After about 2 weeks of house hunting we found this hidden gem - we got $32k off of original asking price AND funds for a new water heater covered by the seller. Congratulations to my seller on the sale of his first home!

We found their dream home late last year, and it was finally time to let go of this chapter. They put lots of love and energy into this home, and it paid off. We got an offer the first weekend on the market, inspection and appraisal passed with flying colors, and we closed early! Livonia's market is HOT HOT HOT!!! The buyer's are thrilled to be getting a home in a great location and in great shape, and the seller is happily walking away with the fruit of his labor. Congratulations to my seller! This one was a DOOZY. It was my first short sale - they are not for the weak of heart! We spent hours and hours on the line with her lender, were fed misinformation time and time again, and pushed closed back at least 3 times. Thankful for a patient buyer and buyer's agent, and thankful my seller persevered. It was definitely stressful, but knowing she had an agent in her corner fighting and advocating for her made a HUGE difference.

Not every real estate transaction is textbook and easy going - sometimes they are all over the place and at times scary. Regardless of your situation, I'm here to help every step, every call, every moment - always!
