💕 Get your recommended mammograms.
💕 Know your family history.
💕 Talk to your doctor about any changes or concerns.

Early detection matters. Take a few minutes to prioritize yourself and encourage the women you love to do the same. 💗🎀

You’re under contract or getting ready to buy your dream home! 🎉 But before you start celebrating, there are a few things you should avoid during the buying process.

🚫 1. Don’t Open New Lines of Credit
Avoid opening new credit cards or taking out new loans.

🚫 2. Don’t Make Large Purchases
Hold off on buying that new car, furniture, or big-ticket item until after closing.

🚫 3. Don’t Change Jobs or Quit Your Job
Your employment and income can affect your mortgage approval. Talk to your lender before making any changes.

🚫 4. Don’t Move Money Around Without Telling Your Lender
Large deposits or transfers may need to be documented.
