I LOVE when I can help my friends kids buy their first home! 🏡 I have known Maggie since she was little and think of her as one of my bonus kids. ❤️ We looked at many homes throughout the process and finally found a cute little FSBO in a small Mclean County community. There was a minor solar panel hiccup, but we were finally able to close on this great house. Here’s what buyers can generally expect:

💰 Earnest Money: Your deposit will typically be due within the timeframe outlined in your contract.

🏦 Financing & Appraisal: Your lender will continue reviewing your finances and may order an appraisal to evaluate the property for lending purposes.
