rental properties, relocation and referrals, and lake real estate and vacation homes. Amanda is also an affiliate for the Everyday Heros and Military Housing Program, offering free closing costs assistance to military, teacher, police and firefighter families. Amanda has earned several designations including the E-PRO designation, for having a high level of comprehension of real estate geared technology, online advertising and working with social media. The GRI designation is like a graduate program for Realtors, offering training in residential investment, working with builders, historic homes, environmental concerns, and more. Amanda has served several leadership opportunities, including President Elect for the Bloomington Women’s Council of Realtors. Amanda also serves as the resident “real estate geek” in the office, teaching agents valuable tools including learning the new ML S system. When it comes to selling a home, Amanda offers state of the art technology, a large buyer lead generation system, competitive marketing skills and a workable time-frame for sellers to expect results. Amanda’s goals for her sellers are to give them the least amount of market time and the highest possible price. Amanda offers consistent communication, keeping sellers in the loop about market activity and how their home is comparing to the competition. Amanda is a full time Realtor, working from both corporate and home offices. Amanda also offers a home buyer packet, giving buyers useful knowledge and contacts to make them feel comfortable with the home-buying process, especially when it is their first time, or haven’t sold a home in 20+ years. Originally from the Bloomington area, her family has been a part of the Bloomington community since the 1850’s. Her family’s business background offers several years of real estate and construction knowledge, residential and commercial development. Community strength and service are also part of a Realtor’s duties and Amanda has enjoyed volunteering for several Boys and Girls Club Functions, Salvation Army Toy Drive, Bloomington in Bloom and more.
