It’s been a joy every step of the way with Michael. We patiently waited for a foot of snow to melt off the roof for inspection of the home he was buying to ensure everything was in great shape. Actually very smooth from beginning to end and NO snow at closing! No matter the weather, I have the proper snow boots, loafers or sandals for buying and selling homes!

While it’s true that there are changes starting this week affecting the process of real estate, practically speaking, it’s not as crazy as the headlines indicate. And we are already ready. These new policies (and the lower interest rates) just give us more to talk about over coffee or a burger!
