Here's a quick update on how the market it looking:

✅ 30-year interest rates are between 6.25-6.75%, depending on your situation of course
✅ Kevin Warsh is expected to be confirmed as the next Federal Reserve Chair- but we don't know exactly what that will mean for interest rates

Buying a home is an exciting time of milestones, but don't add too many at once. We ask you to avoid just a few things before you get to the closing table to make sure the transaction process is as smooth as possible.

🚫do NOT change jobs, or even TALK about the possibility. A home is a big purchase, and don't think lenders aren't going to check that you have a stable income.

🚫Secondly, do NOT make a big purchase on credit... No cars, boats, or anything that might show a lender you're getting a bit too comfortable using credit all at once.
