A huge congratulations to our first-time home buyer on closing day!

He was patient, trusted the process, and stayed focused on finding the right fit. We had so much fun showing homes, exploring different options, and helping him narrow down what mattered most. Then the right home came along at the right time.

There is something special about a first home. The excitement, the possibilities, and the chance to make it completely your own. We cannot wait to see how he makes it his own.

Interesting article about our Idaho Rainbow Bridge. We love the design.

A new steel arch bridge will be built to replace the Rainbow Bridge on Idaho 55 near Smiths Ferry. Today the Idaho Transportation Department released renderings of the new bridge, which features large steel arches spanning the North Fork Payette River. One design shows the arches oriented vertic.....
