"Update:
I've noticed they have hired people to clean up around here. There was a gentleman picking up around the dumpsters the other day. Today there is a gentleman cleaning the sidewalks and the newly placed gutters and the sides of the buildings.
I called the manager and asked if they would have him clean my patio of cobwebs and leaves. They sent him right over!
