A little reminder that in real estate, timing matters โ and having a REALTORยฎ who is ready to move quickly matters even more. ๐กโจ
A past client reached out this morning about a property they had their eye on, only for us to discover that it had just gone under contract/sold. We were only a few days too late.
Rather than let that stop us, I immediately went back to the market and found an alternative property with many of the same qualities they were looking for. From there, things moved quickly!
Within 12 hours, we:
โจ Made contact
โจ Completed a video tour of the property
โจ Wrote and submitted an offer
โจ Negotiated the terms
โจ Got the contract signed
โจ And now my clients are officially on their way to the closing table! ๐๐
