Breakfast Club at Pallas this morning brought another strong conversation among local investors and professionals.

Christy Librizzi led the discussion, focusing on practical topics like equity strategies, contractor recommendations, and lender introductions, real conversations that usually don’t happen in a traditional webinar setting.

Following the breakfast, the group visited a mobile home property owned by Susan Koutsios, a long-time member of the community. Seeing the property in person added an important real-world perspective to the morning’s discussions.

John Bowens, Director of Education at Equity Trust Company, led an in-depth session on how investors can use a Self-Directed IRA or Solo 401(k) to fund real estate deals. He walked through three key concepts: Funding Hacks, Tax-Free Growth, and Peer-to-Peer Wisdom with plenty of real-world examples and practical takeaways.
