Boulder County’s September numbers are in, and they point two ways. The median sales price for single family homes rose 3.6% from last September to $829,000. Homes also took longer to sell, averaging 74 days on market. For buyers, that means a bit more time to make decisions. For sellers, prices are still holding. With 3.5 months of supply, the county is still seller-favored, but fall brought more new listings. If you’d like to know what this means for your home or your search, send me a message.
