New Listings (7,305 ⬆️ 8.9%) – Inventory saw a strong increase compared to last year, giving buyers more options and creating more movement across the Twin Cities market as we head into the busy summer season.

Sold (3,736 ⬇️ 3.4%) – Closed sales dipped slightly year-over-year, showing that while buyers are still active, many are taking a more cautious and thoughtful approach before making a move.

Average Sales Price ($470,929 ➖ 0.0%) – Home values remained very steady compared to last year, reflecting continued stability and consistent demand across the market.

Days on Market (56 ⬆️ 14.3%) – Homes are taking a bit longer to sell than they were this time last year, creating a more balanced pace between buyers and sellers.

Overall, the Twin Cities market continues to shift toward a more balanced pace with growing inventory, stable home values, and slightly longer market times.
