Selling a house. Buying a house. Welcoming a brand-new baby. And keeping up with a one-and-a-half-year-old.

Sam & Corey decided to do pretty much all the big life things at once. 😂🤍

And somehow, they handled it all like absolute champs.

Getting to help them say goodbye to one home and find the next one for their growing family was such a joy. They are truly two of the sweetest, most down-to-earth people, and this is one of those closings that reminds me just how much life can happen alongside a real estate transaction.
