Before you fall in love with a house, talk to your lender. 🏡

That one conversation decides your whole strategy. Find out if you need to sell first: your lender can tell you in one call whether you can carry both or need the proceeds. And a lot of Butler County owners have more equity than they think, which changes what is actually on the table.

Some closings just mean a little more. 💛🏡

Stephanie has been a longtime loyal client, and when she and Jon decided it was time to buy a home together, she gave me a call. I got to meet Jon, and what an incredible couple they are. Right before closing, they sealed an even bigger deal of their own and officially became the Norris family. ❤️
