Service sure isn't what it used to be.....
Does your Realtor take a multitude of Pictures?
Does your Realtor put in room dimensions? Or....leave blank for buyers to have no idea if the Living Room or Master Bedroom will hold their furniture?
Does your Realtor put in driving directions? Or....simply tell Buyer's to GPS it?
Does your Realtor verify the tax information or simply state reliable but not guaranteed?
Does your Realtor inform the Buyer's to do their OWN due diligence and verify everything the Realtor stated to be true?
Anyway....I take a gazillion pictures, I take the time to measure the rooms, I take the time to place driving directions, I verify via the court house records......just saying 🙂
