After 5 months of searching, Jake & Whitney officially closed on their first home together!! 🏡🤍

They lost out on one home, then found this one - but it already had an offer on it. The sellers told them if they removed their home sale contingency, the house was theirs. Thankfully, the sellers really wanted to work with them and offered a rent-back, giving my buyer 4 months to sell his current home - which he was able to do before we even made it to closing!!

AND in a multiple offer situation…they still got seller help 👏🏼

We also had a last-minute lender switch because they needed more clarity and confidence throughout the process. Huge thank you to for jumping in day-of and helping make everything come together so smoothly.

Showings with you two were always such a fun time and I’m honestly really going to miss it! But I’m so happy you found the perfect home for you two, the dogs, and of course Jake’s boat! Hahaha

So thankful you trusted and chose me to help you through it all!! 🥂
