Okay, I had this cute caricature made and it made me realize… I talk about houses A LOT on here, but some of you may not really know the person behind all the real estate posts. 🤣 So, hi! 👋🏻 I’m Mandy!

A few random facts about me…

🏡 I’ve been in real estate for over 30 YEARS — which is slightly terrifying to type because I’m pretty sure I’m only 35. 😂

❤️ I’m a wife, mom to 7 kids, grandma to 7 grandbabies, and dog mom to one very spoiled golden-doodle named Axle.

🍳 I LOVE to cook. Cooking is definitely one of my love languages. If I love you, chances are I’m trying to feed you. 😂 I also love hosting, entertaining, and having a house full of people.

🍕 My husband and I are BIG foodies. We have absolutely planned entire vacations and weekend getaways around where we want to EAT. And I see nothing wrong with that. 🤷🏻‍♀️

✈️ I LOVE to travel. New places, new experiences, new restaurants… sign me up!

🇺🇸 I drive a jacked-up Jeep decked out in red, white & blue named Glory Days. She’s not exactly subtle… and neither am I. 😂

😬 Speaking of not being subtle… you will pretty much ALWAYS know what I’m thinking. If I don’t actually say it out loud, don’t worry — my face will say it for me. 🤣 I have absolutely ZERO control over that.

🏈 We are HUGE NY GIANTS fans and try to make it to at least one game at MetLife every year. Of course, that also gives us an excuse to head into NYC and eat our way through the city — slap noodles, dumplings, pizza, cannolis, Junior’s cheesecake… priorities, people. 😂

🛍️ I may have a slight shopping addiction.

Okay. That’s a lie.

It’s huge. 🤷🏻‍♀️😂

🏠 And probably no surprise considering what I do for a living, but I LOVE decorating, designing and transforming home spaces. Give me a room that needs some personality and I’m in my happy place.

At the end of the day, I’m just a wife, mom, grandma, foodie, traveler, Jeep-driving, Giants-loving, shopping-addicted Realtor who loves people, loves a good laugh and has spent more than three decades helping people make some pretty big moves in life. ❤️

JUST SOLD! 🏡🔑

From OFFER to the CLOSING TABLE in just 12 DAYS!

This one is extra special because this story actually started many years ago… in Michigan.

Many of you know that I sold real estate in Michigan years ago. During that chapter of my career, Penny and I met through the real estate business and became friends. She’s also an incredible loan officer, so real estate has always been part of our connection.

Fast-forward all these years, and Penny and her husband, Bob, started casually talking about buying a second home in Florida. ☀️🌴

But then the plan changed.

Instead of a second home, they decided they were READY. Ready to make the move, make Florida their full-time home, and officially make the Sunshine State their homestead. 💙

This one has a story behind it… and it’s exactly why I say WHO YOU HIRE MATTERS.

When Victor and Lisa first started thinking about selling their home, they had a very real concern: the market.

🏡 SALE PENDING — AND CLOSING IN LESS THAN 7 DAYS! 🎉🔑

It matters who you hire. And this one is such a perfect example of WHY. 💙

I received a referral from a fellow Realtor who did their homework before deciding who they would trust with their family. They wanted to know their family would be taken care of, communicated with, protected and treated like my own.

I was incredibly honored when they chose ME to represent Felix & Paula. ❤️

I met with Paula, previewed the home, went over the current market and laid out my marketing plan. She was ready to move forward, so we signed the listing paperwork that day.
