Man, you guys don’t know how happy I am for Carmen & Alfredo! 🥹🏡❤️

We searched for MONTHS. Multiple offers, multiple rejections, and plenty of moments where it felt like it just wasn’t going to happen.

One of our biggest challenges was financing. A handful of lenders basically said “NOPE.” 😅 But Carmen & Alfredo kept trusting the process, trusting me, and we kept pushing until we finally found the right lender.

Big shoutout to Victor Alkantara for helping them get their financing straightened out when others said no AND helping them qualify for $15,000 in down payment assistance! 😳🙌

And on my end, I went to work negotiating with the seller to get them credits to cover closing costs and even a little more! 😎💰

The timing couldn’t have been better. The perfect home, right in time for baby! 👶🏡❤️

This one was definitely a TEAM effort, and seeing everything come together makes me so happy for this wonderful family.

And Alfredo… I haven’t forgotten about that tractor you promised I could use 😂🚜

¡Muchas felicidades a Jesús y Ana por la compra de su hermosa casa! 🏡🎉❤️

Ellos tuvieron la oportunidad de elegir el terreno, el diseño y cada detalle de lo que hoy es su nuevo hogar. Desde la primera etapa, cuando solo había tierra, hasta el momento de entregarles las llaves… ¡por fin se hizo realidad! 🔑🙌

Después de años rentando y soñando con tener su propia casa, hoy pueden decir: ¡LO LOGRAMOS! 🥹🏡
