was established in 1891, as one of the first businesses in Uvalde, Texas. With the name legacy of original owner - former United States Vice-President John Nance Garner - our business and its working team takes leadership responsibility in our community and industry seriously and we strive to be the best we can be in all facets - both in office and out. & Land Co. in December 2015 in order to start building a network of title operations to serve families and businesses throughout the great State of Texas. Having an in-house owner attorney do our title exams allows for more direct communication with other attorneys when and if the need arises to address title objections and curative issues.
