Chelsea is the one behind the scenes making sure everything keeps moving. From supporting agents daily, organizing events, handling countless details, keeping operations on track, and helping with just about anything and everything...she does it all without ever asking for recognition.
She’s the glue, the problem solver, the organizer, the follow-through, and often the person making sure things actually get done. Her work ethic, loyalty, and commitment to both our agents and our company never go unnoticed.
