For many of us, Memorial Day weekend means a little extra time with family, pool days, barbecues, and the unofficial kickoff to summer here in Arizona. But it’s also a weekend that carries deep meaning for so many families across our country, and we want to pause with gratitude for the men and women who served and sacrificed so we could build lives, homes, businesses, and communities here together. ❤️

We officially closed our Prescott listing in Kerby Estates for the highest price per square foot the neighborhood has seen - and now we’re getting ready to launch ANOTHER beautiful Kerby Estates listing 👀. While headlines make it sound like the market is wildly shifting every week, the reality is rates have stayed within a relatively stable range for over a year. And with less buyer competition during the summer months, many buyers are finding themselves with more negotiating power, more concessions, and more opportunity than they expected.
