I definitely wanted a water view when I moved here but not all things are in the cards:) I wish I had known there are other options beyond ocean and marsh. These come with hefty price tags. But there are some other options that might still scratch that itch.

This is a lovely neighborhood on John’s Island called St. Johns Lake. The center of this neighborhood is a 63 acre recreational lake that includes a dock and the opportunity to kayak, etc. Some of the houses in this community sit right on the lake as you can see but the other houses get to enjoy it from the neighborhood pool and walking paths.
