A former North Charleston hotel is getting a powerful new purpose.
The Tunnel to Towers Foundation will officially open its new Veterans Village at 2450 Prospect Drive on Friday, July 24, at 11 a.m. The roughly 90-unit community will provide permanent housing for veterans facing homelessness.
Residents will also have access to employment assistance, benefits support, financial guidance, legal advocacy, medical care, mental-health services, PTSD counseling and addiction treatment.
It’s more than a place to live—it’s a community designed to help veterans rebuild stability, independence and connection.
