📈 Mortgage rates just hit a 13-month high.

The 30-year fixed landed at 6.71% last week, up from 6.66%. A year ago it was 6.50%.

Here's the part most people miss: traders aren't betting on a cut at next Wednesday's Fed meeting. They're betting on a hike.

But inventory is up, price cuts are at a yearly high, and the market hasn't frozen. 🏡
