Well this one has taken me a little bit to post about bc my husband decided to pull some shenanigans and have a hospital stay right after I finished the closing so better late than never! Last Tuesday I had the pleasure of closing on a home for a couple I got to meet when they walked into one of my listings. It wasn't the right home for them but that's ok because I knew I could find it! They agreed to let me help so we got started and of course it didn't take long. The exciting part is that they aren't far from me now and I really love them! Carol and Jerry I have loved getting to know you and am excited to have you nearby! (Sorry Jerry is missing from the photo but he cut out early and had places to be 😂)

How have you missed this one? This absolutely adorable cottage, the Salvia plan by New Leaf, is just waiting for its new owners!
