As an educator, I am able to focus on details, as well as explain the intricacies of contracts. I have called the Carolina's home for over 24 years. I am proud to live and work in a diverse community. After successful completion of real estate school, I am licensed in both North and South Carolina. The combination of my life experiences and relocating 7 times in the last 37 years, allows me to approach clients with knowledge, skill, care, experience, confidence and calmness. Prior to my career in real estate, I served as an educator, which included teaching inner-city bi-lingual students, and a talented and gifted inclusive class. I also served as Grade Level Coordinator and was selected to serve on the Principal's Building Committee 3 years in a row. My husband and I owned and operated gourmet restaurants and catering companies. I earned my Bachelor's Degree in education (Cum Laude) from Ohio University, and was a member of the marching band for 4 years and the Tau Beta Sigma Music Sorority. Cathy is a member of the Charlotte Regional Realty Association, Carolinas Multiple Listing Service and is e-certified. When I am not assisting clients, I enjoy riding my Harley-Davidson, exercising with weights and spending quality time with my family! I have been a member of HOG for 19 years and had served as Secretary and Director, and Safety Officer. I also work through the chapter by volunteering with Toys for Tots, Nevin's, MDA and Second Harvest Food Bank.
