Estate Ventures has a long history in Charlotte, North Carolina. Yuriy and Luda Vaynshteyn, the visionaries behind Carolinas Metro Realty, was a boutique property management and real estate sales company in Charlotte which opened in 2006. In 2015, the firm affiliated with Engel & Voelker's, which has an international presence and served their client base well. But over the years, the firm expanded

to include commercial real estate and outgrew the brand. Therefore Estate Ventures was born, which we feel broadens this boutique firms' reach into more of a full service firm - "For All Your Real Estate Needs"!
