My buyer drove 12 hours to Virginia to close on his new property. Everything was lined up—until the loan kept getting kicked back into underwriting. It looked like we might not close on time. So we asked the right questions, worked through the issues, and kept communication moving. And we CLOSED! 🔑🎉
