Just wrapped this one up in Soddy Daisy.

The sellers are now living internationally, so this closing came with a few extra moving parts. Different time zones, plenty of phone calls, a little extra coordination. Nothing I couldn’t handle.

I don’t mind going the extra mile for my clients, even if those miles stretch across the ocean.
