Last week when I went to retrieve my lockbox, the new homeowner was already at the house and said "you look too young be a Realtor/agent". I chuckled and said something along the lines of "I've been licensed for 6 years" and continued with the conversation.

Although it could be taken as a compliment, there's a common misconception in this industry that age and/or years in the industry automatically equates to professionalism + client care. That's simply not true.

Without getting into details of my interactions over the years, never confuse age with competence because professionalism and client care aren't limited by age.

Hopefully I continue to "look too young to be a Realtor/agent" 😂

A rare gem in Norfolk that went under contract before the average DOM (Days On Market) and closed in a timely manner.

This was a collaborative and quick effort between .estatesales and I. My client was able to move out of state and leave the rest to us for a smooth journey.

New Day Estate Sales facilitated a successful Estate Sale + Clean Out by delivering a check and a cleared out house.

First time building a Terrarium ✅️

This is something that has been doing for a while and we spoke about it over a year ago. To see his workshop come to fruition and find time to participate was a much needed experience!

Slowing down, learning from about different elements from moss to the ecosystem within a terrarium, and having something to watch evolve over the coming weeks was definitely worth it.

The bonus was visiting an amazing spot called that had welcoming decor, calm vibes, and a menu of drinks from their dry bar. I had the Mimosa and highly recommend it 🥂
