Final throwback to May 🥳

This was a challenging one for my client and I. Between life changes and an extensive amount of repairs needed, the strategy was to avoid a short sale at all costs.

With my pre-list strategy, dozens of showings were generated and multiple offers came in. Then came the balancing act of negotiations, estimates, and crunching numbers so all parties can be on the same page.
