I had a chat with a tenant who just got a Nespresso machine and it turns out, we’re both coffee lovers. It’s these small moments that remind me how much I enjoy building this community. Here's a great shot of our new TRMNL Screens we just installed at all four of our locations. This is also a sneak peak of our upcoming series featuring videos of all locations!!

These Screens show weekly bookings and are in front of all of our conference rooms making it easier for tenants and guests to see availability and take advantage of the many amenities we offer.

We are constantly upgrading technology and processes to enhance the customer experience!!

Owning buildings means you’re always ready to jump in when the unexpected happens! Today, one of our tenants blew a fuse, and while we couldn’t be on site immediately, we’re always in a customer first mindset. We hopped on the phone and went through each of the breakers together and eventually found the one creating the problem. The best part of what we do is helping people feel supported, even when things pop up. At the end of the day, it’s all about figuring it out together and ensuring everyone is taken care of!

Over the last six months, we’ve had the opportunity to host their team here at The Annex while they worked toward this exciting next chapter. It’s always rewarding to watch growing businesses build, plan, and take big steps forward. This one has been fun to witness.

Behind every seamless member experience is hours of building behind the scenes. Today’s setup: Claude + automation + The Annex Workspace. 🚀

We spent over 8 hours designing and refining a single onboarding workflow to automate member communications, virtual office setup, document delivery, and CRM updates which all lead to a smoother, faster, and more professional experience for our members.

The goal isn’t replacing people. It’s removing friction so our team can focus more on the community, support, and helping businesses grow at The Annex Workspace!!

Behind the scenes of building out new office space: when you add walls and create more private offices, you also have to rework the sprinkler system to maintain proper fire coverage and stay up to code.
