🚨 EXCITING NEWS AT THE ANNEX

One of the best parts of what we do is watching businesses grow.

The company currently in this space started with us in a smaller office, continued to grow, expanded their team, and has now reached the point where they’ve outgrown The Annex. We’re excited to see what’s next for them and even more excited that their growth has created a new opportunity for another business.

Coming soon, we’ll have a unique **1,200 sq. ft. private suite** available for a company ready to make The Annex its home.

🏢 Approximately 1,200 sq. ft.
🤝 Open collaborative workspace
💼 Private executive suite
🚪 Your own private entrance
📍 Opportunity for exterior company signage
☕ Access to The Annex amenities
🔑 Your own dedicated company space

This is a great opportunity for a growing company looking for a professional home base with added visibility, privacy, and plenty of room to work, collaborate, and meet with clients.

Maybe your company will be our next growth story.

⭐ Testimonial Tuesday ⭐

There’s nothing better than hearing how The Annex helps our members make remote work actually work.

After moving back to St. Louis and starting his first remote position, Boyd was looking for the best of both worlds: the flexibility of working remotely with the professional environment, focus, and community of an office.

He found it at The Annex Workspace in Wildwood. 🙌

Thank you, Boyd, for the kind words and for choosing The Annex as the home base for your business!

This is just the beginning. We have more exciting updates coming soon, and we can’t wait to share what we’ve been working on. 👀
