Two First-Time Buyers, Two Homes Closed!

With interest rates already trending down and expected to dip even further, now is a great time to think about leaving renting behind and stepping into ownership.

I met these buyers at a showing, and they knew they wanted to be in Dearborn Park. Soon after, a rare townhouse came on the market. We acted quickly to avoid multiple offers and secured it under asking. The home will need some updates, but given how hard these units are to find, they were excited to make it their own.

These clients started out looking for rentals in a busy spring market. After seeing how competitive it was with rentals going for over list price, they decided to buy instead. We found a home that kept their monthly payments close to what they would have spent on rent and closed under asking.
