We’re proud to highlight a meaningful milestone for Rany Management. As of May, both properties have received Certificates of Occupancy for two garden units, officially recognized as legal ADUs (Accessory Dwelling Units).

These units represent an important step toward creating naturally affordable housing in Chicago. With only ~400 ADUs built through this program to date, Rany is proud to have contributed in a meaningful way.

This project was years in the making and reflects our commitment to thoughtful development that supports both residents and the broader community.

Another exciting project is underway!

Rany Management recently acquired an 8-unit building at 5801 N. Washtenaw, where we will be undertaking a full renovation to enhance the property and create quality housing for future residents.

The Millennium Park Summer Music Series is wrapping up soon, with one of the final performances taking place July 27. Enjoy a free evening of live music in the heart of downtown, featuring artists from a wide range of genres in one of Chicago's most iconic settings.

That's why we're proud that Nick Yassan, President of Rany Management, serves as a Commissioner for SSA #60, helping support initiatives that enhance the Albany Park and Irving Park neighborhoods.
