Wow wow wow! Happy 2026 everyone! I’m very excited about the newest project and the 1st closing of the year. This is quite the compound and looking forward to sharing what’s to come…… maybe finally getting a studio/showroom for the cars……

And I’m geeking out over having a gate and so many garage clickers 😁

BEFORE&AFTER: We look an original 2004 build and turned it into a 2025 build. Opened up and closed up openings to get the kitchen right. Brought some blue into the mix. Finished the large basement and added another bedroom and bathroom. A brand new landscape and patio wrapped up our project. A new driveway was installed after closing to make sure the moving trucks didn’t damage the new asphalt.
My favorite change was moving the mudroom door over 3 feet in the garage so a normal car can actually fit. We sold this before it ever hit mls. .media took photos the day before closing just so I could make this post.

What should the next project be?

Just barely had time to get my finished project photographed before closing!!! Took this original 2 bed 2 bath townhouse and completely transformed it! Added another bedroom and bathroom, all new patio and landscaping, move the door in the garage to actually have a useable 2 car garage, and obviously updated everything else in between! Sold this before we even were finished, and the last 24 hours were straight off HGTV, as my parents and I were cleaning just minutes up to the final walk through and then the pictures!
