I possess a heightened knowledge in real estate and mortgage lending to help achieve successful transactions for all parties involved. Feeling confined to her cubicle for 10-plus hours a day, Keisha Williams decided to leave a career in lending to sell real estate. Fifteen years later, it remains the right choice. “My clients love how hands-on I am,” says Williams, a broker with Fulton Grace Realt
y who assists buyers and sellers throughout Chicagoland. “I’m literally walking them through each step of the process and ensuring that the communication and accessibility are there.”
Williams has systems in place to ensure transactions run smoothly and constantly educates herself on market changes so that she can keep her clients well informed. She values connection just as much. “I love processes, but I also like my clients to have a little fun,” she says. A big gift-giver, she pays attention to clients’ interests and purchases gifts for them that she knows they would enjoy. She also hires a car service when she accompanies out-of-towners to showings to allow quality time to become better acquainted. Because she has been fortunate enough to live in several areas of the city and suburbs, Williams has an insider’s view of what makes those communities nice places to live. She especially loves to see neighborhoods that transition and grow, such as the South Loop and West Town. She recently added her real estate instructor’s license to her long list of certifications, including CIPS, RENE, ABR, PSA, PMN and AHWD, a reflection of her commitment to excellence. Williams is also a recipient of many prestigious awards including the 2023 Chicago Realtors Award, awarded to her by the outgoing president, Sarah Ware and most recently the Chicago Realtors 2025 Rising Star award. In 2024, she launched KW Group, a venture dedicated to mentoring and empowering fellow Realtors while providing hands-on support with showings, appraisal appointments and other day-to-day demands. As 2025 president of the Women’s Council of Realtors Chicago, she is passionate about using her platform to spotlight women’s health and wellness, Williams is focused on elevating her social media presence to share lifestyle tips along with her real estate insights.
