We listed this probate fixer-upper on a Thursday night… & by Saturday we had over 40 showings & 20+ offers 🤯

This was listed as a CASH-ONLY property, & it definitely kept things interesting. From agents submitting offers way below asking, to others missing the cash-only detail altogether, to nonstop calls & messages around the clock from agents & their buyers.

Despite the chaos, we went under contract that Monday, well above the asking price, & we are officially CLOSED! 🎉
