This one is a little more personal (and exciting) than most. We bought a lake house!!!

As a real estate agent, I’m lucky to help people find the places they’ll call home. But this time, I got to experience a transaction in a way I never had before—helping guide the purchase as the real estate agent while also being one of the people calling this place home, alongside my fiancé and his family.
It was my first transaction involving family, which made it all the more meaningful.
Our little piece of Burden Lake is more than just a lake house. It’s a place we hope will hold years of summer lake days, family dinners, holidays, boat rides, and eventually, our kids growing up here and making memories of their own.
