Was driving up the Northway last week, and as I got off Exit 16 into Wilton, I had to pull over off Ballard Road. You literally can't miss it—the cranes are officially up over the trees at the new WSWHE BOCES campus. (Snapped a few progress pics, which I've included here!).

For us at Continuum, this project is the definition of a full-circle deal.

Here’s the backstory: Dean and his partner originally held this 45.5-acre parcel as raw, strategic dirt. We eventually brokered the land sale to a developer who is bringing this campus to life, working with Tyler Culberson at Standard Brokerage as the buyer's rep.

I had a couple of tour days last week in Central New York. It was great to get on-the-ground market data outside the core Capital Region.

One notable aspect was the low vacancy rate for commercial spaces, despite the limited inventory.
