A thank you to our residents...

As property managers, our clients and residents count on us to work tirelessly to come up with acceptable solutions for each during this pandemic. Like most, our team has been adjusting to changes nearly every day.

Something for which we are grateful. Our residents have paid 96.4% of the rent for April as they did for March during the same time period. We have the best residents and we are always thankful.
