A little piece of Iraq at Irvine Global Village 2026 🇮🇶

Once again, the Iraqi booth by SOM, Spirit of Mesopotamia, was among the most visited, welcoming people from around the world to explore Mesopotamia’s rich history and contributions to medicine.

One of the most meaningful parts was seeing fellow Iraqis step into the booth, reconnect with their roots, and experience that beautiful feeling of being home, away from home. Sharing our heritage and watching it spark curiosity, pride, and connection was truly rewarding.

A heartfelt thank you to our amazing SOM team, Manal, May, and Reem, for the dedication, creativity, and hard work that made it all possible. We appreciate all the help, contribution and support from our board members Aras, Moid, Mustafa and Ali.
Special thanks for our volunteers including Kamal, Rawa, Mayada, Ahmed and many others. We appreciate you all. ❤️

قانون جديد قيد الاصدار رح يفرض على اصحاب المنازل الي بيتهم واقع في منطقة حرائق ان يقوموا بتعديلات احترازية لوقاية منازلهم من الحرائق.. هذه التعديلات رح تشمل قطع الاشجار القريبة من المنزل.. استبدال الابواب الجانبية للمنزل من Vinyl او خشب الى حديد و غيرها الكثير من الأمور الاخرى
