I started my Real Estate Career in 2001, after working for 6 years in the sales, telemarketing, and sales training. In 2001, I became a mortgage loan officer and thrived for 9 years, closing over 1,100 loans. This ranked me in the top 1% of mortgage originators in the nation. I believe my sales and mortgage experience give me a huge advantage as a Real Estate Broker and Realtor. I became a full time Realtor in 2011 and have thrived ever since, I sell an average of 75-100 homes a year. I am an international speaker ( so fun) and leader in my industry. I have sold over $200,000,000 in Real Estate Sales and have served hundreds of clients personally. I have successfully launched several Real Estate Businesses including KW Costa Mesa, KW The Lakes, Laguna Property Management, Lago Escrow, Empower Real Estate School and Chacon Realty Partners. My Personal Background: I am the first U.S. born American Citizen in my family, my parents immigrated to California from Zacatecas Mexico. I am the eldest of 5 Children, and was raised in a very loving home. My dad retired as a humble Crane Operator and my mother was a stay at home mom. I sure know how to stretch a dollar. LOL :) My parents raised us with a very modest income, so material things, eating out were not part of my life. Instead I learned to enjoy life by putting God first, spending time with family and creating memories. I was raised with the best work ethic, high values of integrity and was taught the importance of being honest and always keeping my word. My greatest personal accomplishment is being a mother. I am the proud “mama” of Jay, my amazing daughter that today leads our family business as CEO, she is also a decorated Navy Veteran and super cool and amazing human being. My son Stephen is a Straight A student at an all boys high school. He’s kind, loving and super intelligent. I also have a fur baby named Bella. In my free time I love to travel, hike, read, listen to podcasts, spend time with my family, dance and cook. I also love singing along to songs.
