CONGRATULATIONS!!! To my sweet friends on their accepted offer. Real estate isnt always pretty, we have faced multiple offer situations, homes that just weren't the right fit and then.....there was this one. Patience is key. When you walk in the door and get that bubbly feeling all over, that's when you know!
