Well, we knew this Elmwood charmer wouldn’t last long. And while we’re thrilled for our sellers and the next chapter ahead, this one is especially bittersweet.

This sale also marks a goodbye, for now, to our dear friend and teammate, Paul. There was truly no task too big, no project too complicated, and no day too long for him to take on with a smile, a solution, and his signature calm energy.

With over a decade of design experience, he was my go-to sounding board for staging, style, and sanity. The photo of Vinnie trying to step into Paul’s shoes says it all…we’ll be feeling the loss in his absence, and then some.

We’re so excited for our sellers and equally excited to see where Paul’s journey leads next.
