RESOLVED. This morning we received reports that users were intermittently (but predominantly) receiving errors, and/or experiencing slowness accessing the Clareity dashboard. The root cause of this has been identified, and the resolution has been identified, but will take a little time to “unwind”. We have seen in the logs a decrease in these incidents, though the system continues to be intermittently slower, and may result in “time out” requests when logging into third parties with Clareity SSO. As the day progresses, this issue will improve.
