If you know me, you know a solid morning routine starts with great local coffee—and Colorado Coffee Company in Loveland is easily one of my absolute go-to spots! ☕️✨

Whether I’m reviewing contract strategy over a specialty latte or grabbing a drive-thru brew and one of their incredible scratch-made cinnamon rolls before a day of client showings, supporting local Northern Colorado roasters is one of my favorite parts of living and working here.

Colorado Coffee Company micro-roasts their high-altitude beans right here in Loveland, using local Morning Fresh Dairy milk to keep everything hyper-local and fresh. (Plus, whether you visit their spot in The Foundry downtown or out near Centerra, the vibe is always so welcoming!)

One of the best parts of living in Loveland and surrounding Larimer/Weld counties isn't just the homes—it’s the amazing small businesses that make our community feel like home. ❤️
