Celebrating 5 Years | Josh Lorenzen

Five years ago, Josh joined Blue West Capital, and it's hard to imagine the office without his sharp instincts, positive attitude, and unmistakable laugh.

He's the one chasing the next deal and also the one who'll stop what he's doing to help you with yours. Smart, funny, and genuinely kind. A rare combination.

And what a year it's been for him outside the office too, married, new house, and dog dad to Ralfie (a golden retriever who we are collectively obsessed with). He also plays in an ice hockey league, and we just found out, five years in, that he plays drums. Who knew?

Josh, thank you for everything you've contributed over the past five years. Congratulations on this milestone. We're excited to see what's next.

Thanks for spending the summer with us, Ben.

From day one, Ben brought a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to take on whatever came his way. He never shied away from a project and consistently looked for ways to support the team.

As he heads back to Colorado State University for his senior year, pursuing dual concentrations in Finance and Real Estate, we wish him all the best this school year and look forward to seeing what's next.
