Anawim Housing is one organization composed of three pillars: Property Management, Property Development, and Permanent Supportive Housing. Our Property Managers work directly with our residents, and with those looking for a new home, to make sure they find the right fit for their families. Property Manager Mary oversees The Crest and Baker Creek Senior Living.

According to the National Low Income Housing Coalition, Greater Des Moines needs more than 11,000 additional affordable housing units. Anawim Housing is always seeking additional opportunities to build more affordable housing choices to meet this demand. We buy and refurbish distressed properties and build new homes on old, abandoned sites. Through this work, we are improving the overall appearance of local communities and replacing undesirable or unsafe developments with affordable and attractive housing options.
