largest provider of Permanent Supportive Housing in the state of Iowa. Managing over 220 housing units, Anawim provides stable housing to 386 individuals who have experienced homelessness and live with a mental illness, substance use disorder, physical disability, diagnosis of HIV/AIDS, or are fleeing domestic violence. Anawim Housing is one organization composed of three pillars: Property Management, Property Development, and Permanent Supportive Housing. Our Property Managers work directly with our residents, and with those looking for a new home, to make sure they find the right fit for their families. Property Manager Mary oversees The Crest and Baker Creek Senior Living.
