On average, about 52 days from listing to closing. And while that may feel slow compared to the frenzy a few years ago, it’s actually much closer to a normal market.

The good news? Homes that are priced right and marketed well are still moving. In many cases, sellers are getting offers much sooner than that 52-day timeline.
