Joe brings with him 25 years of valuable corporate experience, including 20 years working for the international retail company, Talbots Inc. Respected for his leadership and people skills, as well as an innate ability for problem solving, in his position as Senior Director of Technology Services with Talbots, Joe globally directed several departments and managed complex systems and infrastructure integration projects. Notable successes include directing the design and implementation of new data centers in multiple US states, Hong Kong, London, India and Toronto. Responsible for multi-million dollar expense and capital budgets, Joe also gained recognition for his superior fiscal knowledge and exceptional negotiation skills.

He currently resides in Tampa, FL with his wife Tina, and 2 children Christine and Karie. As an expert boater and avid fisherman, Joe can often be found out on the water. His extensive knowledge of the waterways in both Pinellas and Hillsborough Counties enables an ability to provide expert guidance when it comes to buying and selling waterfront properties.
