Okay I may have gone a little overboard at Sam's Club... 😂

This is Blue — our rescue pup and my favorite Sky Ridge walking companion. 🐾
When my family moved to Sky Ridge our kids were just 3 and 6 years old. We spent countless mornings and afternoons at this very park watching them play, make friends, and grow up in this incredible neighborhood. Now those same kids are 17 and 19 — and these days it's Blue who leads the way on our Sky Ridge walks while we watch a whole new generation of little ones enjoy this amazing community. 🧡

Today I did something that had nothing to do with real estate.
I drove out to Dove Creek to visit a client who became a friend about 10 years ago when I helped her and her husband buy and sell multiple properties. She's been facing some serious health challenges lately and reached out to say she'd love to see me.
So I went.
We sat together, caught up, laughed a little, and just enjoyed each other's company. It was one of those visits that reminds you what really matters in this life — the connections we make and the time we take to nurture them.
I left with a full heart and a deep gratitude for the time we shared today. I sure hope her health improves. And if the road ahead is difficult, I'm so glad we had today.
